Zavial Naturist beach €20 - is about an
hour by road. When the tide is high the Naturist beach is reached
over the rough land behind; an easy climb. The price includes transport and a
generous picnic lunch. We stop at Cape St Vincent, the
most westerly point in Europe as well as the famous city
of Sagres.

Monchique Mountains
€12 - This trip doesn't include a picnic but there are
affordable restaurants on the mountain road. We
set off at 10.30 am; by leaving earlier we can also
visit Silves. We'll stop at the spa town of Caldas for a
stroll & a drink! Then, to the mountain (Foia) where
you'll look out over Algarve.

Fiesa Sand Sculpture - Visit the wonderful International
Sand Sculpture Festival (reputed to be the largest sand
sculptures in the world) and see the sculptures
illuminated at sunset. A fantastic and unique
experience. Only a ten minute drive up the
N125. €11 entrance money.

A day out sailing along the Algarve coast; what a
fantastic way to enjoy the Naturist life style! Join us
onboard to learn the art of sailing and get yourself a
fantastic sun tan to boot. Lunch is included on this
Algarve sailing cruise and you may even get to see some
of the local sea life too!

A Night with Pedro - A wonderful time will be had by all
at Pedro and Manuela's lovely, traditional restaurant ‘A Canga' on the outskirts of Santa Barbara de Nexe. €10
per head plus the cost of the meal (very good value from
€5 a course and wine at €2.50 for a small jug)

Winery Tour -
A visit to the local winery part owned by a famous
singer (not to be named for legal reasons) who is a
great friend of the Shadows! Just a five minute drive
from our Naturist guest house, wine tasting and a look at the vineyards and
the wine making process. €6 at time of going to press.

Algoz Market - second Monday of the Month. A traditional
local market with livestock, plants, local produce and
much more. A stroll around the market with a chance to
buy local produce and then lunch served Al Fresco at a
very reasonable price. €5 a head plus lunch.

Tavira Town & Island with Naturist Beach - €20 per
person. Tavira is a pretty town with plenty of history.
Sea Salt is a major industry; you can watch the workers
gathering it at low tide. A short ferry trip to the
island and a ten minute walk to the Naturist beach.
Wonderful bird life; picnic lunch included.
